Why this works now

Two shifts in 2026 changed what a winning proposal takes. I’m built for both of them.

AI-era QA

AI drafts don’t win. Reviewed drafts do.

AI-generated proposals hallucinate requirements and miss Section L/M compliance. I catch what the tools miss — as someone with 4+ years hands-on AI experience, including self-hosted local models, not just a reviewer reading output.

FAR overhaul fluency

The rules changed mid-game.

The 2026 FAR overhaul has agencies operating under class deviations and rewritten clauses. I map compliance to the solicitation as written — not as it was — so generic boilerplate doesn’t sink your bid.

Bidder-side, always

I’ve never sat on the buyer’s side.

Ten years managing federal proposals as the bidder: shredding RFPs, building compliance matrices, leading color teams, recovering red teams, writing the volumes. I know where bids break because I’ve fixed them there.

Services

Every engagement is scoped and priced for the opportunity — timeline, complexity, and the team involved all factor in. It starts with a scoping call — if I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you.

Fractional proposal management

Own your proposal end to end: RFP shred, compliance matrix, annotated outline, schedule, contributor management, color-team leadership, and submission. The proposal manager you need for this bid, without the full-time hire.

Proposal QA / red-team review

Expert review before your color teams — or a red-team lead who finds the compliance gaps, weak win themes, and inconsistencies while there’s still time to fix them.

RFP shred + compliance matrix

A standalone teardown: requirements decomposed, compliance mapped to response sections, ambiguities and risks flagged — the foundation your team builds on.

AI draft audit

Your team used AI to draft — now make sure it didn’t invent requirements, miss Section L/M, or flatten your win themes into generic paste. A forensic pass by someone who operates the models.

Orals support

Orals deck QA and strategy: does the story hold, does it map to the evaluation criteria, and will it survive the Q&A? Slide-level review, not stage coaching.

Proposal writing

Technical, management, and past-performance volume writing and substantive editing — original narrative built from your SMEs and evidence, not assembled from old bids.

How it works

Built for bid timelines, not consulting theater.

Share the RFP

Send the solicitation and your deadline. I’ll read it before we talk.

Scoping call

Thirty minutes: fit, scope, schedule, fixed price. No obligation.

The sprint

Embedded with your team, remote, on your bid’s timeline — typically 30–45 days.

Submission

Compliant, reviewed, on time. Then I’m gone until the next bid.

Have a bid coming due?

Send the RFP and the deadline. I’ll tell you honestly whether I can move the needle — and what it costs.
